Shipping and payment conditions

A. Shipping Information

As standard, goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be via DPD, UPS, DHL or a freight forwarder . The shipping costs incurred in each case can be found in the table below.

If you would like to have your order shipped to another country, please send us an email (insert email address) before placing an order and tell us the item, quantity, delivery address, country and postcode. We will then let you know as soon as possible whether we can ship to the country you want and - if delivery to the address you want is possible - we will tell you the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner about the shipping options and costs in advance.

I. Shipping within Germany

For shipping within mainland Germany we charge a flat rate of 4.99 euros per order. We do not charge an island surcharge for shipping to German islands . For orders with a gross value of 50.00 euros or more, shipping is free .

II. Shipping EU

We deliver to the following EU countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden

The shipping costs are a flat rate of 13.99 euros per order.

Bulky goods surcharge: For large items such as cargo bikes, we charge a surcharge of 150.00 euros per delivery address in addition to the stated shipping costs.

III. Shipping rest of the world

The shipping costs to all other countries are a flat rate of 19.99 euros per order.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which must be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). I. For shipping within Germany

For deliveries within Germany we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise stated in the respective product description:

  1. prepayment via bank transfer
  2. Direct debit (SEPA direct debit)
  3. Credit card
  4. Cash on pickup
  5. Payment service providers (SOFORT, PayPal, AmazonPay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Giropay, Klarna invoice)

II. For shipping outside Germany

For deliveries abroad we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise stated in the respective product description:

  1. prepayment via bank transfer
  2. Direct debit (SEPA direct debit)
  3. Credit card
  4. Cash on pickup
  5. Payment service providers (SOFORT, PayPal, AmazonPay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Giropay, eps transfer, Klarna invoice, Ideal)

III. Detailed information on the individual payment options

1. Advance payment by bank transfer

Please transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 7 days, stating the intended purpose. We will inform you of our bank details and the purpose of the transfer separately by email as part of the order processing.

2. Direct debit (SEPA direct debit)
After you have provided us with your bank details and issued a SEPA direct debit mandate, we will debit the invoice amount from your bank account by direct debit. Please ensure that you provide us with your bank details correctly during the ordering process and that your account has sufficient funds. The direct debit will be debited when the goods you have ordered leave our warehouse.

3. Credit card
Pay conveniently by credit card. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, UnionPay.

4. Cash on collection
You collect the goods from us yourself and pay on site in cash or by debit card. We will first inform you by email or telephone that the goods you have ordered are ready for collection. After receiving this message, you can collect the goods by appointment at the following address: Stöhrerstr. 17, 04347 Leipzig, Germany
In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
