Thanks to its hydraulic disc brake, wide tires, and above all, its specially developed, powerful mid-drive motor, the C5 Centro shines on difficult paths. Mud, puddles, gravel, roots, or sand are no longer a problem. The frame is sturdier than on standard city bikes, helping you maintain control of the bike when riding over rough terrain. The same applies to the mid-drive motor: The motor position gives you a more familiar riding experience because the drive power is generated exactly where you are used to it by pedaling. You can adjust the stiffness of the sturdy, off-road suspension fork to your preference.

Everything for the city

Back in civilization, the C5 SUV e-bike proves to be a city bike with style. A sturdy luggage rack for heavy panniers, LED front and rear lights, and mudguards make you ready for the asphalt. As a highlight, SachsenRAD has installed an alarm system – an ideal anti-theft device for any city! And on neglected bike lanes, cobblestones, and tram tracks in the street, you will appreciate the off-road capability of your SachsenRAD SUV even more.

Safe thanks to the alarm system

To protect you even better against theft, the C5 Centro is equipped with an alarm system. The included key allows you to arm or disarm the alarm system from many meters away. If your two-wheeler is moved without your knowledge, a siren will sound. This ensures that thieves will absolutely attract the attention of those around them!

Power thanks to the XCruise V7 mid-drive motor

The C5 is powered by our newly designed XCruise V7 mid-drive motor. It delivers an impressive 70NM of torque and, thanks to its specially developed torque sensor , precisely registers the force with which you pedal – and adjusts the assistance accordingly. For example, if you are riding up a hill and exert more muscle power, the motor will provide more assistance. This makes riding on steep terrain easier and prevents you from breaking a sweat as quickly. This technology also saves up to 30% battery capacity, and the pedaling assistance runs much more smoothly and comfortably.

So that you are always informed about all aspects of your current ride, the C5 Centro is equipped with a robust (IP65) 2-inch HD control display . The full-color screen is made of tempered glass with beveled edges and features independent, ergonomically designed control buttons. The display stands out with its high brightness and wide viewing angle (IPS-LCD). Special screen adjustment technology ensures excellent readability even in sunlight and outdoors.

Instead of having to make room in the garage or storage room for a mountain bike, a city bike, and a training bike, the C5 Centro SUV e-bike combines all their advantages in one well-thought-out bicycle. With a range of up to 130km in ECO mode (depending on riding style, weight, and terrain), you can commute to work without breaking a sweat even on longer and more difficult routes.
