App for bike is unfortunately not so easy to get

Can't find an app...the QR code in the box isn't the right one either....
Bluetooth cannot be connected with stani "0000or1234".
hmmmm that's a shame.
Then I have the problem that sometimes the motor does not support and in push mode I would have to have 36kmh walking speed and it is not that easy to keep up with that.

I can't find an app for the alarm system, a spare battery or a spare charger. Otherwise the bike makes a good impression.
